Dr. Rahul Deepankar, MD, FACP, MBBS, MLA, CPE, MRO
Dr. Rahul Deepankar is an experienced internal medicine physician and medical executive with over 30 years in healthcare. He earned his MBBS and MD from Meerut University, completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Grant Hospital in Chicago, and holds a Master of Liberal Arts from the University of Chicago.

He currently leads R.D. Medical Consulting, LLC and practices with Oasis Healthcare in Arizona. Dr. Deepankar has held leadership roles as Medical Director at Riverside Medical Center and Consultant at the Illinois Veteran Center. He has also served as Chief of Staff and Department Chair at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kankakee, IL.

A Certified Physician Executive and Medical Review Officer, he is recognized with multiple awards, including the U.S. Presidential Volunteer Award and the Asian Humanitarian Couple of the Year Award. Dr. Deepankar is dedicated to advancing quality patient care and healthcare leadership.

 Nicole Oprea brings over 25 years of healthcare experience to her practice, with a deep commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care to her patients. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and went on to receive her Master of Medical Science (MMS) from Midwestern University. A proud member of the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA), Nicole has called Arizona home since 1983 and embraces all that desert living has to offer.
